Meal Applications

Free and Reduced Price Meals are available to families who believe they may qualify. There are two ways to apply for free or reduced price meals and other benefits:

1.  Online Application:  Go GREEN by clicking below:

2.  Paper Application:  Please print the "2021-22 Meal Application" & "Parent Instructions" on the left hand side of the page & fill out all the necessary information.  The paper application can be returned to any school office.

Please Note the Following:

  • Only complete one application per family. The information you give will be used to determine or prove your child's eligibility for free or reduced-priced meals. This information may also be used for other state or federally funded school benefits.
  • TANF or Food Stamp recipients must include their ten-digit Case Number which begins with "1" and "0" or a "6" and "0".
  • Factors considered in the application process are household size and total household income. HOUSEHOLD SIZE is considered all persons, related or unrelated, including parents, children or grandparents who live in your home and share living expenses. The TOTAL HOUSEHOLD INCOME is the income each household member received last month before taxes; this includes wages, social security, pension, unemployment, welfare, child support, alimony and any other cash income.
  • If you wish to receive textbook assistance, in addition to the meal benefits, you must complete and sign Step 5 on the paper meal application.
  • If the application is missing information, it will be returned to you; this will delay the processing of your application and affect the eligibility status of your child.
  • You will be notified by mail within 10 business days of your child's status.
  • Until you receive notification of approval for benefits, you must provide your child with a lunch from home or send money with them in order to purchase a meal at school.
